Volunteer FAQ

How do I volunteer?

Click the Sign Up to Serve button, share the ways you're interested in serving, and someone will connect with you with the person leading that particular area.

How do I volunteer with kids?

You can assist Sunday School teachers and be assigned to Sunday Services without formal training. Once you express interest, you'll talk with the ministry leader to be approved, and get on the schedule (per your availability). To become a teacher, you must be a member for at least 6 months and go through a background check.

Can I really serve any time?

Yes! The Chapel is closed on Mondays, but there are always activities happening throughout the week. View the Serve Anytime section, and show up any time to serve.

How do I volunteer with youth and young adults?

You can always come to Youth Group or College Group and assist leaders. When you come, consider yourself a Christ-like role model, there to build relationships, support our youth and young adults, and assist with activities of all kinds.
