Chapel in the Hills Biblical Counseling

Ministering God's sufficient word to the manifold problems His people face.

Chapel in the Hills has a growing team of certified biblical counselors who are trained to meet suffering people with a "word fitly spoken" (Proverbs 25:11) from God's sufficient word. We whole-heartedly believe, that no matter who they are, what they've done, or what their circumstance or situation might be, that God is the One they need to meet them there. And He will meet anyone and everyone who is willing to receive Him through His word.

If you're interested in counseling with us, please take all the time you need to learn about our church, our team of counselors, and our certification (The Association of Certified Biblical Counselors - ACBC). And if you're interested in counseling with us, we'd love the opportunity to meet with you. Our services are free of charge, all you have to do to get started is to take a few minutes to fill out the two intake forms below.

Each member of our counseling team has completed, or is in the final phase of completing their certification with The Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). Sign up for counseling
Ready for counseling?

We don't charge for counseling services, so there's only two very simple forms you need to fill out in order to get started (please note: we will only contact you if we've received BOTH forms. Don't forget to hit "submit."):

  1. First, please fill out and submit this Personal Data Inventory Form to give your counselor the information they'll need to prepare.

  2. Finally, please read through, sign, and submit this Consent to Counsel Form which is designed to inform you about the type of counseling you will receive, as well as protect you (the counselee), your counselor, and our church throughout the counseling process.
What's next?
After you've completed both of the forms, as long as you received a message confirming you've submitted them, you've automatically been added to our counseling waitlist. One of our staff will be in touch with you shortly to schedule your first appointment. Please feel free to begin to pray for your counselor, for God's wisdom and grace throughout the process.

If you have any questions, or for some reason have not yet received a response from our staff after you've submitted your forms, please feel free to email us.
