Ministry of the Month: Women's Ministry
Each month we are highlighting one of the many ministry opportunities here at Chapel.

This month we are highlighting the Chapel Women's Ministry.
Grounded in 1 Timothy 1:5, "The goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith." Chapel Women’s Ministry exists to help women grow in thier love for God and for one another through biblical teaching, meaningful fellowship, prayer, and service. Our guiding verse is 1 Timothy 1:5: “The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.” We want every woman at Chapel to have opportunities to grow, connect, and use her gifts for the good of Christ's body.

Upcoming Events Include:
"Rightly Dividing the Word" seminar on October 24
Christmas Tea on December 12

Bible Studies
Bi-monthly TLC at the Chapel the 2nd and 4th Saturday each month from 9:30-11:00 a.m. (exceptions are posted to the Chapel app)
Women at the Chapel are warmly invited to join our TLC meetings. TLC stands for "The Ladies Connection" -- to God and to each other. We gather over coffee and snacks while one woman from a rotation of Chapel-trained teachers presents a devotion from Scripture. We share prayer requests and spend time in prayer for each other.

Puritans Study led by Darlene Brown and Haydee Camacho.
3rd Monday of each month in Haydee's home through December
The curriculum for this study comes from Media Gratie and is accompanied by workbooks that prompt discussion during the meetings.

As the Puritan study ends, another study will begin. Cathy Archer and Jeanne Hines will begin leading a Bible study in January 2027, which will meet at the Chapel on Fridays from 9:00-11:00- a.m.

MEET THE SERVANTS
Have a question about who to talk to about getting more info or about getting involved with a specific ministry at the Chapel? Here are the servants who oversee the various branches of our Women's Ministry at the Chapel:

Shepherdess Ministry
Cathy Archer and Andrea DiLorenzo oversee a ministry devoted to caring for women who are looking for practical or spiritual encouragement. Through prayer, visits, hospitality, cards, and personal contact, the Shepherdess Ministry helps women feel seen, cared for, and connected to the church family.

Events Ministry
Jeanne Hines oversees the events that create opportunities for women to gather, serve, and grow together in Christ. If you enjoy organizing, decorating, preparing food, welcoming others, or helping behind the scenes, Jeanne can help you find a place to serve.
Bible Studies

Glory Fletcher is the point of contact if you'd like to learn more about the Bible studies that are being offered at the Chapel. Talk to her if you're interested in receiving training to teach within our Women's Ministry. This is where the description goes.
Missionary Letters: The updates we receive from our missionaries are in a notebook in the Welcome Center.  Please take the time to read them at your convenience.

See Chapel app for the Meal Train for the Sylvest family.
